(News from 조선우표사 / Korea Stamp Corporation) The Korea Stamp Corporation has published a stamp in a souvenir sheet to commemorate that “Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un Met with the US President Donald J. Trump at Panmunjom”. 

According to the KSC the “Supreme Leader Kim Jong Un, chairman of the Workers’ Party of Korea, chairman of the State Affairs Commission of the DPRK and supreme commander of the armed forces of the DPRK, had a lightning meeting with the US President Donald J. Trump at Panmunjom upon accepting Trump’s proposal.

Chairman Kim Jong Un stepped out of the Panmun House in the afternoon on June 30 Juche 108 (2019) to meet and take a historic handshake with Trump in front of the demarcation line at Panmunjom under the gaze of the international community.

The DPRK-US summit at Panmunjom has caused a stir all around the world while signalling a fresh start of the history of reconciliation and peace at Panmunjom which had witnessed the history of distrust, misunderstanding, conflict and antagonism.”
