(News from 조선우표사 / Korea Stamp Corporation) The Korea Stamp Corporation has issued a souvenir sheet to mark the centenary of the founding of the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies. The stamps show Henry Dunant, the founder of the Red Cross, plus several situations showing examples of activities of the Red Cross.

The sheetlet contains three stamps plus three seals without postal value. The stamps values/designs are:
- 30 won stamp (sheetlet): Henry Dunant, founder of the international movement of Red Cross and Red Crescent
- 50 won stamp (sheetlet): Disaster Risk Reduction
- 70 won stamp (sheetlet): Water Rescue
