Turns out AP made a video dated “19 Feb 2019” about this new type of tram. This is the introduction to the story: “Pyongyang is updating its aging public transport network, with new trams and trolleybuses. With optimism about the future between north and south, the new tram is being called Tongil which means “unification” in Korean.”
