A question for any member that has purchased the FDC celebrating Kim Jong Il’s 78th Birthday. Does the FDC feature one or two stamps? The KSC information leaflet shows the FDC with two stamps. However, the FDC I have only features one stamp. Is this an error? Or has a stamp been withdrawn? Thanks!
