(News from 조선우표사 / Korea Stamp Corporation) The Korea Stamp Corporation has issued a sheetlet containing four stamps which show different types of traffic situations with their accompanying traffic rules.The same set of stamps also comes in a booklet.
The text issued by the KSC simply states: “A sheetlet was issued to reflect traffic rules.”
Stamps
The stamps have values of 30 won, 50 won, 60 won and 90 won and are available both in a sheetlet and in a booklet. The designs are:
- 30 won stamp: Crossing sign
- 50 won stamp: Railway crossing sign
- 60 won stamp: Elevated bridge sign
- 90 won stamp: Bicycle road sign
The stamps come with a seal in between two stamps, making for two seals total.

I too collect both South and North Korean Stamp booklets, but I can not find this booklet anywhere. I have a very full collection but I am Always looking for any new booklets. I can not find any one selling this booklet? Please help me, I would love to have a Korean Booklet collecting friend. Please help me contact anyone that can help me collect Korean booklets.
