(News from 조선우표사 / Korea Stamp Corporation) On 7 April 2021 the Korea Stamp Corporation issued a set of a stamp and a souvenir sheet commemorating the “60th Anniv. of Pukchong Enlarged Meeting of the Presidium of the WPK Central Committee”. The text the KSC released for this issue states: “Pukchong Enlarged Meeting of the Presidium of the WPK Central Committee is the historic meeting the great leader Comrade Kim Il Sung put forward the important tasks on waging all-people campaign for building orchards, which play an important role in promoting the development of national economy and improving the people’s livelihood. It was held in Ryongjon-ri, Pukchong County, South Hamgyong Province, on April 7 Juche 50 (1961).”

The 10 won stamp and 70 won souvenir sheet as issued:

  • 70 won stamp: Song We’ve Planted Skullcap and Crab-Apple Trees on the Mountains
