The 1960 Korea Christmas Issue Nos 318-320

The fourth Christmas and New Year stamps issued by Korea were released December 15, 1960. They are a 15 hwan, ochre, bluish gray and dark brown, a 25 hwan, red, green and purplish blue, a 30 hwan, yellow, red and bluish purple; lithographed, impression 22 mm x 25 mm, perf. 13, granite paper, watermarked, sheets 10 x 10, imprint under #99 and 100. The designers were Cho, Kyung Heng the 15h, Kang, Choon Whan the 25 hwan, Lee, Sung-Ja the 30 hwan. The results were not satisfactory and Kang, Choon Whan was authorized to redesign all three. Printed by the Korean Government Printing Agency the quantities are: 15 and 30 h, 2,000,000; 25 h, 5,000,000.

In addition, 50,000 sets of souvenir sheets were printed.
