The Korea 1986 Christmas and New Year/TB Seals

Seals

In 1986 the Korean National Tuberculosis Association (KNTA) seal program used twelve different images for the 1986 Christmas and TB seals. The different images are in sheets of fifty seals which have four sets of ten different seals depicting kite flying in Korea. In addition, in the middle of the sheet there are five sets of two different images of kites. Also issued was a souvenir sheet of ten seals.

The 2022 Korea Postage Stamp Catalogue (KPSC) gives the catalogue numbers for the 1986 seals as TCS 211-220 for the ten different images and TCS 221-222 for the pair of the two other images. The KPSC values the set of ten seals at 8,000 won (US$6.00) and 3,000 won (US$2.25) for the two other different pair. The KPSC catalogue number for the souvenir sheet of ten is TSC 220a and it is valued at 8,000 won (US$6.00).
