Japan Post issued a commemorative sheet marking the 60th anniversary of the normalization of diplomatic relations between Japan and the Republic of Korea on 18 September 2025. The issue consists of a sheet of ten self-adhesive stamps, all denominated 110 yen, corresponding to the basic domestic letter rate. The stamps were produced in multicolour offset and arranged in two horizontal rows of five designs that are repeated once. The marginal inscriptions include the bilingual title of the issue and the printer’s imprint.
The first design shows a tiger on a yellow background. The animal is rendered in a simplified style and refers to a shared cultural motif frequently associated with the Korean peninsula. The second design depicts a man and a woman in traditional dress, representing the two countries through their respective forms of national costume. The figures are shown standing side by side and facing forward.
