In 1994 the Korean National Tuberculosis Association (KNTA) seal program released two small sheets in a souvenir sheet format, with ten different images on each of the two sheets. Each of these two sheets was printed with some seals having a silver background for a total of 20 different types of Korean birds.
The 2022 Korea Postage Stamp Catalogue (KPSC) gives the catalogue numbers for the 1994 seals as TCS 328-337 and TCS 338-347. The KPSC values each of the two small sheets at 7,000 won (US$5.00). The individual 1995 seals were sold by the KNTA for 150 won ($0.11), an increase from 1993 when the price for each seal was 120 won ($0.09).
