The Korea 1995 Christmas and New Year/TB Seals

Seals

In 1995 the Korean National Tuberculosis Association (KNTA) seal program did a bit of innovation from recent previous years. Two small sheets of the 1995 Christmas and New Year/TB seals were released, in a vertical souvenir sheet format, picturing colourful scenes of a coral reef off Jeju Island with colourful coral, fish and even a scuba diver. These two small sheets of the 1995 seals, have different scenes from each other, for a total of 20 different designs.

A larger sheet was issued, combining all twenty of the different designs into one complete underwater scene near Jeju Island. The larger sheet also has five labels, promoting Jeju Island and naming the people who helped in the production and design of the 1995 seal. In addition, the name of the printer of the seals is also given, as well as being issued by the “Korean National Tuberculosis Association”.
