In 1996 the Korean National Tuberculosis Association (KNTA) and Christmas and New Year/TB seal program used the same design format as that of 1995. Two small sheets of the 1996 Christmas and New Year/TB seals were released, in a horizontal souvenir sheet format, picturing Korean Traditional Beauty Accessories. Since each of these two small sheets of the 1996 seals has a different item, there are a total of 20 different images for the 1996 seal.
A larger sheet was also issued, combining all twenty of the different beauty accessories and five labels. The five labels gives information about the beauty accessories and names the people who helped in the production, printing and design of the 1996 seal. Some of images of the seals are printed on a silver foil type of background which makes these seals attractive.
